Hi! I'm Brenda. I was a teacher and guidance counselor for 10 years and have studied depth psychology and somatic attachment therapy extensively. I am passionate about sharing books that have changed my life, and aim to bring this reclamation and integration to others.

The fabulous, Julie Dempster, will be facilitating the 3 equine-assisted coaching sessions with her horses at a ranch in Redmond. 

Expect to develop sisterhood, social emotional intelligence and a greater connection with Self and nature. Anticipate a fast-paced, insatiable journey through these books. I recommend keeping a daily journal to track dreams and write your reflections. We'll have a group chat thread to discuss as we go and we will meet weekly to share insights from the books and program. I will also be connecting individually with Firehearts throughout each week. Additionally, there will be opportunities to join hikes, equine-assisted learning and other outdoor immersion activities that tie into themes we'll cover. 

You'll need to buy the books or audiobooks if you don't already have them. The investment for this 9-week program is $333. Scholarships are available as needed. Equine-assisted learning and other group activity costs are included but you'll need to have your own transportation.
